Our a la carte service is the purchase of exhibitor packages for one event only and two events.  Each exhibitor package provides services such as job postings and resume views for one unique event.

  • What are recruiter accounts and recruiter seats?
    • recruiter accounts are the number of recruiters that may attend the event 
    • each recruiter counts as one seat; each recruiter must have their account 
    • please note that recruiters may not share credentials or rotate recruiting during a hiring event
  • How long are job postings advertised, and why are job postings essential to include in career fairs? 
    • Each job posting is advertised for 30 days and is advertised through our partner websites & social media accounts
    • We include job postings as part of our career fair packages to assist you in getting more job applicants to your virtual career fair booth.  The more job postings you advertise, the more job seekers will attend your booth. 
  • Why are resume views important, and how can I use the resumes? 
    • Resume views will allow recruiters to view the job seeker's education, certifications, location, and experience.  Viewing resumes before the job fair will allow you to pre-screen job seekers and invite them to interview on the day of the job fair.
    • After the job fair, you may view resumes of job seekers you may have missed at the job fair and invite them to interview with your school.  
    • Resume views are only for annual members
  • What is the difference between A La Carte Job Fair packages and Annual Memberships?
    • A La Carte job fair packages provide you with recruitment solutions for one event.  You may only post a limited number of jobs featured to job seekers attending a particular job fair.  
    • Annual memberships are a yearly recruitment solution for your team to hire year-round.  You will post jobs during the year either manually or using a feed from your job portal.   Your membership also provides resume views for all job seekers, including those who attend job fairs that you do not attend and those job seekers who upload their resume without attending job fairs.  Annual members are the only employers who can view recent graduates' job seekers.  You may attend any events in our calendar year-round using your yearly membership.
