We are the largest professional organization committed to advancing the inclusion of Diversity in the classrooms and education sector.   Our team works at every level of education, from Pre-School to University Graduate Programs, to recruit and place Diversity and Educators of Color.  Our core focus is to increase Educators of Color, including Latino Educators, Black Educators, and other minorities.

Our Members
Our education members are invited to apply for memberships annually.  Each member must have a high standing in the community, be committed to diversity outreach and inclusion, and actively recruit Diversity at every level of their organization.

• Whether there is a pattern or practice of discrimination against groups of educators or complaints against the organization
• Whether the organization has good community outreach to recruit educators of color
• Whether the organization is recruiting Diversity at entry level and experienced level positions
