You agree not to attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site.

THE SITE AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND DIVERSITYTEACHERS.ORG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS OR THAT THE SITE IS FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR HARMFUL MECHANISMS. THE DIVERSITYTEACHERS.ORG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE BREACH OF ANY TERM, CONDITION, REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR YOUR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR TO USE) THE SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF COMPUTER TIME OR ANY COMMERCIAL OR ECONOMIC LOSS. Acknowledgments and Agreements

(b) that the Diversityteachers.org Privacy Policy from time to time forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Use, and that you agree to be bound by the said Policy;

(c) that Diversityteachers.org shall not be liable to you, or to any other individual, firm or corporation, for injury, loss or damage, whether direct or consequential, which may result from the use or misuse of material obtained by you from the Site, notwithstanding that the Diversityteachers.orgs.com Inc. or its officers, directors, employees or agents may have acted negligently or in breach of any express or implied contract;
(d) that Diversityteachers.org, shall not be considered a partner or joint venture of you or of any other user of the Site, and that the Diversityteachers.org, not be deemed to have endorsed, or to be considered an agent of, any individual, firm or corporation who has gained access to, used or posted material on the Site;
