Job Description:
With a total of 95 Primary Schools and 25 Secondary Schools, the Diocese of Ballarat is located on the western side of Victoria, while the Diocese of Sandhurst forms part of the central and northern regions of Victoria.
The Diocese of Ballarat and Sandhurst are looking to hire teachers in both primary and secondary school.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
– You will require a minimum of 4 years of higher education study (inclusive of 1-year specific teacher education subjects) plus 45 days of supervised practice to obtain Provisional Registration to teach in Australia.
Temporary Skill Shortage 482 Visa Requirements
– To be eligible for sponsorship under a 482 Temporary Employer Sponsored Visa you will need a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
Skilled Independent 189 Visa (Permanent) Requirements
- To be eligible, you must satisfy the points test, have a skills assessment for your occupation, have at least competent English, meet the health and character requirements, and be aged under 45 when invited to apply.
